This bag has a tag that says there’s a removable gun rug inside but there isn’t.

Great range bag. Good compartments for gear, well made value price. Only 3 stars because upon receipt the tag on it said There was a removable gun rug. I made contact with the manufacturer as suggested in Amazon site. Sent pictures of the order, tag on bag and asked for the removable rug to be sent. Manufacturer responded that they can't see the order in Amazon to go through Amazon for replacement. Spoke with Amazon had a replacement shipped verry quickly but still no gun rug. This is an important piece to protect and transport your weaupon. Product= good. Amazon= good.Manufacturer's Customer Service= not so good.
