For those saying they got a used filter, the filters come in a sealed bag that has water in it because the filter must always remain wet. Our first filter lasted a little less than 2 years, refilling the Alexapure about one time per day. Great value.

I have been using alexapure filters for 2 years. On city/town water they last quite awhile. This is a good filter and the price is reasonable.

Arrived in about one week. Packaged well and ready to install in my alexapure. Definitely needed to be replaced as the water flows thru much faster. Price was also better than from alexapure website.
