Die Bedienung und Handhabung ist sehr einfach. Laden und ins Wasser setzen. Wir haben einen rechteckigen Pool von 7x3m mit Poolfolie und in einer Ecke ist eine kleine Treppe mit vier Stufen. Der Roboter fährt bei uns nicht wie er soll. Er fährt die Bahnen nicht im 90Grad Winkel zur Wand an, sondern Diagonal und manchmal sieht es so aus, als würde er einfach über den Boden rutschen und fährt chaotisch weiter. Ca. 20cm zum Rand bleibt der Dreck liegen, die Ecken bleiben natürlich sowieso dreckig, das hatte ich auch nicht anders erwartet. Die Stufen werden auch nicht gereinigt, aber das hatte ich auch nicht erwartet. Da wo er gefahren ist, sieht man die Reinigung, aber es werden Stellen komplett ausgelassen, weil der Roboter eben nicht systematisch Bahnen abfährt.Die Wand fährt er manchmal hoch und manchmal nicht. Das scheint irgendwie mit dem Akku zusammenzuhängen, aber bei dem eher kleinen Pool verstehe ich nicht, dass der Sauger das nicht mit einem vollen Akku schafft.Die Reinigung des Filters geht schnell und einfach und da sieht man auch, dass Sand mit aufgenommen wird, also eine feine Filterung.Insgesamt denke ich, dass ein chaotisch fahrender Roboter für 300€ weniger genauso gut reinigen würde wie der Seagull Pro. Da ich auch die Wände gereinigt haben möchte, werde ich mich doch mal bei anderen Marken umschauen. Ich hatte vor der Bestellung viel Gutes zu dem Sauger gesehen und gelesen und bin daher schon enttäuscht, dass der bei dem Preis nicht die erhoffte Leistung bringt.

1 Jahr top funktioniert. Heute Supergau - Pool voller schwarzer Streifen… siehe Foto…. Bin gespannt was der Hersteller nun dazu sagt…. Hat das Gummi der Reifen ein Problem…?Nun, den Pool werden wir wohl selber schrubben dürfen… nicht cool!

Dieses Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei. Das einzige was es nicht schafft sind die Treppen zu reinigen. Ansonsten alles OK

Also für Kundenservice bei Ich werde versuchen den Roboter zurückzugeben. Denn er kommt in unserem ,,einfachen" Pool (PP-Becken rechteckig 3x6m) überhaupt nicht klar. Er kommt nicht zurecht mit den Treppenstufen im Pool. Die Treppe befindet sich in einer Ecke vom Pool und besteht aus 4 geschlossenen Stufen. Er fährt immer auf die Treppe zu und versucht über viele Minuten lang dann die 1. Stufe zu schaffen, leider ohne Erfolg und somit bleibt die ganze Ecke irgendwann ignoriert. Die Ixel des Pool's, also die Fuge zwischen Boden und Wand werden auch überhaupt nicht gereinigt, obwohl es sich nur um losen Dreck handelt nimmt der Roboter diesen Dreck beim Übergang zur Wand einfach nicht auf. Also leider gänzlich ungeeignet für unseren Pool, obwohl es ja vom Pool her eigentlich unkompliziert sein müsste. Alles glatte und gerade Wände und nichts rundes etc. Echt traurig.... Vorsicht Rückgabe ist laut Amazon nicht möglich, ich versuch es jetzt nach 5Tagen nach erhalt direkt beim Hersteller! UPDATE: Kundenservice direkt bei Aiper ist einfach nur Klasse (würde ich sofort 5+ Sterne vergeben)! Wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, mega freundlich und unkompliziert! Wenn Aiper jetzt noch nen guten Roboter hinbekommt, dann werd ich wieder Kunde!!! erneute UPDATE: Ich muss nochmal den Kundenservice hervorheben.... bin völlig ,,hin und weg" der Kundenservice ist absolut einmalig. So etwas unkompliziertes und schnelles hab ich noch bei einem anderen Hersteller/ Händler erlebt. Aus der Kombination Sterne für Produkt (leider nur 2-3 Sterne- weil ich nicht meine Treppe bedacht habe) und dem überragenen Kundenservice (5+++ Sterne) kommen die gegebenen Sterne zusammen.

Ich hatte doch den defekten Poolsaugreiniger. Ich habe mit dem KD von Aiper Kontakt aufgenommen und wurde von einer kompetenten Dame mit Namen Lea betreut. Den defekten Saugroboter konnte ich kostenlos zurückschicken. Der neue Roboter ist im Einsatz und ich bin zu 100 % zufrieden. Auch hat mich Lea nach dem Austausch begleitet. I.Becker

Funktioniert in unserem Planenpool nicht. Säuberungsleistung nicht ersichtlich, kann die Wände nicht hochfahren und am Besten ist, dass der Verkäufer die Ware nicht zurücknimmt! Würde 0 Sterne geben, wenn’s möglich wäreUpdate: Nach meiner Rezession meldete der Verkäufer sich und bot mir die Zusendung eines anderen Produktes oder eine Erstattung des Kaufbetrages an. So geht Kundenzufriedenheit im Nachhinein dann doch! Hat mich sehr gefreut, dass da noch so eine positive Überraschung wartete.

This AIPER Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner is, hands down, the best in its class. Drop the mic! AIPER has made a terrific showing this year, and I think this model is a home run. It is straightforward to operate. Use the switch to select the desired cleaning mode: floor only, walls only, or Automatic. The automatic mode works like this–When the battery charge is over 50%, it will clean the floor first, and when the battery is below 50%, it will clean the wall and scrub the waterline.Here are some of the things I like best:• 90 minutes charge time and 3-hour run time.• Self-parks at the pool's side when battery power is less than 10%.• Large debris basket is easy to remove and clean.• Four motors. Two drive and two suction. It moves a massive 130 gallons of water per minute. That's 7,800 GPH, three to four times more than most above-ground pool pumps.• The force of that water pushes it against the pool wall so that it can climb it.• Can suck up leaves, sticks, dirt, sand, pollen, grass, bugs. Mine has even sucked up small pool toys and nose clips.• Scrubs the water line. Something you're supposed to do every week. Not too many people do that.• It looks really cool too.Conclusion: I honestly do not have any dislikes concerning this pool vacuum. If I were asked to design a robotic cordless pool vacuum, it would be very much like this one. This AIPER Seagull Pro has exceeded my expectations, making it eligible for a five-star review. So, five stars it is.

Cleans the bottom in a random fashion but more methodical on walls . My pool is rectangular with sloping base , manages the corners after a few tries and hasnt got stuck on steps yet. As stated in advert it wont clean the steps and gets into within 25mm -50mm of the right angles corner.Hope this lasts the course as certainly does the job. I need to let it get on now and stop watching it working

Ordered this to replace and MX series pool vacuum robot. Aiper has absolutely stepped up the pool cleaning game with the Seagull Pro and here is why. First, when using my MX series pool robot everything it picked up went directly into my pool filters, this means I would need to clean my pool filters every two months or after strong wind storms because all of the dirt and dust would go from my pool floor to my pool filters. Secondly, my MX series robot would climb the sides of my pool then suck air which would go directly to my pool filter and create an air bubble on top of the filters. Lastly, I would need to run my pool pump to get the MX series robot to work, which at 2 HP after a while can become costly. The Seagull Pro has an onboard battery and is charged prior to launching it in the pool. As the Seagull is a standalone system none of the material picked-up is transferred to the pool filters, I also do not need to run the pool pump as often.A few things I noticed with the Seagull Pro, my pool is not square nor does it have any right angles, which causes a little confusion on the part of the Seagull when going back and forth, incorporating a slam technology processor where the Seagull learns its environment might be beneficial. Also the hook on the the pole to recover the robot doesn't fit all that great under the handle for lifting.Overall, the Aiper Seagull Pro is a great pool robot with very easy to use functions and a really good battery life.

We ordered this cleaner to take over for our original pool robot that we'd had for yearssss (RIP Ronald-- you served us so well). So far, we are very happy with our tough-looking replacement.The Aiper cordless robot has proven itself to be hardworking and durable. It does an excellent job of getting the gunk and funk not only from the pool floor, but from the walls as well! It's actually pretty cool to watch. (Technology these days... amiright??) The best part about it is that it's cOrDlEsS. Our other pool cleaner had a hose that had to be attached to one of the jets with the water cranked up in order to get enough power for good suction. Said hose also happened to be the part that we were having to replace sections of more and more frequently... so it's definitely a feature we don't miss.Working the Aiper cleaner is pretty simple to figure out, and it has a few modes to choose from. You can choose to do the floors, the walls, or both at the same time. It's a little heavy, but not so much that it's impossible to handle. Once it's in the water, the weight obviously doesn't matter, but when lugging it to the garage to charge and spend its spare time, it can feel a little cumbersome.The one and only thing that makes this cleaner less than perfect, is that it has a tendency to get stuck when cleaning the pool. It's not hung up on anything, it's just that it will go back and forth over the same area seemingly forever until we give it a little bump so it can move on to other areas. It doesn't always do this, but it can be a little annoying because the battery life doesn't last forever. We've got a relatively large-sized pool and we don't particularly want the battery to die before it's had a chance to clean the whole pool, or most of it, anyway.Other than that little hiccup, we've experienced nothing to complain about! So far our battle tank cleaner has done well at its job, and leaves our old cleaner in the dust (sorry Ronald). It's already starting to get cold where we live, so the time to close the pool down is just around the corner. We've only been able to use the new cleaner roughly 6 times or so, so I have no idea if it'll be tough enough to last us many years like our old cleaner did. Time will tell...
