It arrived quickly and it is very easy to install... it is also very sturdy... my desk actually doesn’t even have a smooth space to add this and it still worked ... the design does help with ergonomic use of the mouse and it does decrease my arm pain... it’s a must have for teleworkers or Anyone who has to use a computer for an extended period on a daily basis

By and large, I like this gizmo.The attached instruction is confusing, looks like the design was changed at some point but the instruction wasn't. You don't need the round plastic knob that keeps falling off for tighting the screw, you can just throw it away, it has no function at all. You tighten the screw by putting your fingers inside the brace and rotating the plastic part that contacts the table directly from the downside. Make sure to tighten it as much as you can the first time, and the construction would remain sturdy (I have a cheap particleboard table, about 1 cm thick, the screw holds tight for 2 weeks I own this mousepad).My shoulder feels better with mouse lowered, however I still need some more time to get used to the new posture, sometimes I notice that I sit crooked to right or left side which is unusual for me. Maybe I will install some posture reminder software on my laptop to keep track of my position.I keep accidentally bending the joint between the platform and the plastic shaft by touching it with the armrest of my chair when I stand up. This connection doesn't look as sturdy as the metal screw and I'm afraid that the platform will become slanting if I will graze it a few more times.
