Das Kombi-Bruststück verfügt über eine höchst empfindliche Membran für eine höhere Verstärkung und eine klarere Hochfrequenzübertragung sowie einen extra tiefen Trichter für eine unübertroffene Tiefenwiedergabe. Dank der frequenzvariablen Technologie (Adjustable Frequency Diaphragm, AFD) können Sie die Membran so anpassen, dass die Höhen- und Tiefenwiedergabe verbessert wird. Das für Tausende von Nutzungszyklen ausgelegte klinische Headset verfügt über eine Doppelblatt-Spannfeder und einen in den flexiblen 56-cm-PVC-Schlauch eingegossenen Verstärkungsbügel. Das Adscope 603 besteht komplett aus Edelstahl und ist dadurch sehr lange haltbar.

Outstanding quality, looks great, feels great! Been a nurse for 14 years, just about every speciality. Gone through about 5 stethoscopes ranging from $100-$300 (some were stolen, others broke) . This is absolutely the best bang for the buck. Quality sound isolation, crisp detailing, and build quality is top notch. 2 things I'm concerned about. 1 is the wear on the arms. The coating may come off over time. 2 the ear buds a a little hard for my liking (personal preference). There are 2 other sets in the package, so maybe I'll try those.Verdict: unless you're in a HIGHLY specialized cardiac or pulmonary place, or you want to look cool (and have your stethoscope stolen), This is absolutely perfect for daily use!

Got this today and the acoustics are better than my litmann classic iii. I lost my littman as I am a paramedic and it fell out my pocket. I didn’t want to spend another 80 plus pounds with the risk of loosing it. I have listened to chest sounds and heart sounds today and it is so clear! Looks the part also very pleased with what I paid and it came in less than 24hours

Für meine Arbeit im Rettungsdienst sehr gut geeignet. Das Auskultieren der Lunge ist gut . Für mich ist es ausreichend. Leider habe ich noch keinen online Shop für Ersatzteile wie z.B. Membran gefunden.

The ADC Adscope is an excellent stethoscope suitable for any health care professional. It is comparable to the Littmann Classic II SE, and looks almost exactly the same! The only difference is that the Littmann is MARGINALLY louder than the Adscope from my experience (I have used both many times). This scope is well-built and comfortable, and comes with a replacement diaphragm and earpieces. I highly recommend this stethoscope.
