I've had a seriously bad knee for ages now. I sustained a deep wound when I was very young and I'm sure thisstems from that. I've tried many different straps etc and none of them are perfect or anywhere near it.When you remove this from the packaging it frankly scares you as it has many straps and some stiff plates visible.Fortunately they are easy to suss out as to where they are placed etc. Velcro straps everywhere, So pull themtight. It took me a few minutes to work it out but once done. Easy to repeat.When I took my first steps it was as if the knee had been repaired instantly. I took a few steps and yes I wasmuch better. I continued with this for a while. After a while the effect started to wear off. but, was still helpingto go from day to day.I shall continue wearing it till something else appears that is better.Although it is a bit of a fiddle to fix I still haven't found anything to match it.Now that I've had it for a while I can say that despite the bulk it is certainly worth trying as living with a bad knee isNot a happy experience.

I got this for my husband who often suffers from a dodgy knee. While he was pleased with the support it offered, he said he could really feel the hinged action at work; he did find it a bit bulky and uncomfortable and can only wear it for short periods of time.I think if you have knee trouble this would be great for providing good support, cradling your knee cap and preventing lateral movement, but you may need to spend some time getting the comfort fit right, if at all.

I had a full ligament replacement six years ago. Now my knee started to pain so much that I can't walk.This knee brace is helping me to walk and work on my feet with over 95% pain gone while using it.When I remove it at home, the pain comes back.

these are well made but for helping someone to get to a risen position they are completely useless the so called springs are so weak they are non existence for me a complete waste of time and money

Habe die Bandage für meine Tochter bestellt, zur Unterstützung bis zur OP. Kreuzbandruptur. Hat tadellos verhindert das die Patella immer wieder raus springt.
