This is a "you get what you pay for" situation.I need to store some medication in the refrigerator, and I don't want kids getting into it. This works well enough as a deterrent for kids, but if someone wants to get into it, they will have no problem opening it up with a little muscle.

Perfect for my bedside table and travel! Fits regular pill bottles, but my vitamin container is too large. I plan to get a smaller bottle for a week’s worth of vitamins at a time so I can keep all of my medications in one, secure location that is close by. Setting the code was easy. Only complaint is that the numbers are hard to spin.

This box is perfect for lots of situations. It locks and isn’t easily bypassable so you can place food for when you’re at work or even at home or just storing things you don’t want people to get to. The plastic is sturdy but I’m sure if someone threw it on the ground it would break. Very reasonably priced for the quality.

I have an autistic toddler who does not comprehend the dangers of medicine yet. I have several daily medications I take throughout the day and need easy access to, but having them out in my reach is definitely a risk for my child's reach as well. I wanted a way to lock up the medicine and keep it out of reach without making it too difficult for myself to access either. This is the perfect box. I currently have 6 medication bottles inside with a bit of extra room. The lock was super easy to set my own combination number for and easy to scroll through the numbers too when it's time to unlock. It fits standard size medication bottles and is also portable to bring on trips if needed. Just be sure that once you open and want to lock it again that you swipe the numbers to ones that are NOT your lock combo or it can simply be opened by the lock/unlock switch again without needing to redo the combo. I feel like this does the job quite well for keeping meds safe while being easy to use. I still believe this one is easy enough to open if you have hand mobility issues, but hard enough to open for kids or people who shouldn't be in the box. It would be a good way to store or hide small things too, but it's so lightweight and small enough that anyone can just take the whole thing with them and find a way to open it so I wouldn't use it to store any valuables besides medications. For a med lock box and for safety purposes, this one is perfect for the job intended.
