This ultra wide full frame lens is a joy to use. It takes a while to get used to, like keeping your feet out of the picture.

Arrivato da un paio di giorni non lo stacco più dalla mia Nikon Z8 sono molto soddisfatto della resa anche se ho potuto provarlo solo per pochi scatti ho visto subito che brilla senza problemi.

The lens is really really sharp for an such wide angle lens.I also received two ND filters that are internally (back lens) attached. The 1000ND will give you great long exposures. I have not tested quality yet.Keep in mind one thing - this is a specialty lens. Your photos will be boring/bad - until you learn/understand how to use it. That will take time.

Die Bildqualität ist gemessen am Preis hervorragend. Ein bekanntes Zoom Objektiv 11-24 bildet an den Rändern nicht besser ab. Physik hat seine Grenzen um Randfehler zu eliminieren greifen namenhafte Hersteller heute zu Software basierter Korrektur. Natürlich werden Daten nicht an die Kamera übertragen. Soetwas verteuerte den Preis um Einiges. Dieses SSW ist für Nischenanwendungen und kein Allrounder. Darüber muss man sich im Klaren sein.

Wie weit ist weit genug? In diesem Fall schon fast wie weit ist zu weit. Spass beiseite. Wer Weitwinkelperspektiven mag ist mit diesem objektiv am äussersten Rand angekommen ohne die fisheye Perspektive zu bekommen. Tolle Optik, gute scharfe, und der einschraubbare Filter ist ein zusätzliches Feature für Langzeitbelichtungen. Sehr zu empfehlen

In der Anfangsbeschreibung steht drin, dass das Objektiv mit der Canon EOS R7 RF amount kompatibel ist.Daher bestellt und leider erst heute ausprobiert.Die Kamera löst aber mit dem Objektiv gar nicht aus.In der zusätzlichen Beschreibung steht dann plötzlich aber nichts mehr von der Canon EOS R7 drin.Sprich, es werden einem Versprechen gemacht, die nicht eingehalten werden bzw. nicht zu treffen.Zu dem Preis - echt Schade.

This little lens is packed with crisp, perfect photos every time! If you're comfortable using manual settings and are looking for a nice compact lens, this is the lens for you. The photos are incredibly sharp! I wish Brightin Star would make more Z mount lenses for Nikon. Fabulous lens at a fantastic price!

Cannot believe the amazing quality you get with this lens. Super sharp even wide open at 1.8f. Its construction is all metal and extremely durable. This does make it heavier, but I like this in comparison to a lens that I have to baby. I can use this daily and not worry. The value is awesome and I look forward to purchasing more Brightin Star lenses!

So before you buy this lens you need to understand that this is a fully manual lens. It is manual focus and manual aperture. There are no camera controls that will be Affecting the lenses settings. No signals sent. This is a completely manual and through the lens view. I don’t even think it has a stop down function. So what you see is what you get.This lens is a massively ultra 16mm wide angle. But the image is still rectilinear. This is not a fisheye lens. This thing has an amazing field of view and pretty decent clarity for the money. I have to say overall I am fairly impressed with the image quality upon first impressions. I haven’t used it very much yet I’m definitely gonna take it out for a full test drive this weekend.The belt quality seems very nice it is a heavy all metal lens with a nice lens hood that does not interfere with the image. You can see that there’s going to be cut outs because a wide angle lens typically will not have a round hood.The focusing ring and the aperture ring move very smoothly but are not loose. They are about 3/4 of a centimeter wide so pretty narrow but still allowing you to get a good grip. This lens really does have a good build quality. And decent glass although I can’t get specifics on where the glass was made and what foundry it originated in.No focusing is not usually that big a deal with the white angle lens because after a few feet you’re good to INFINITY anyway. I’ll bet you’re definitely gonna wanna make sure you get your aperture settings correct. One of the downsides of this lens is you won’t be able to use any automatic functions such as auto bracketing and HDR. As all changes on the lens will need to be made through the ring, not the camera.What this gives you as a lens that costs multiple hundreds of dollars less than a fully automatic lens that would deliver the same image quality so I am happy to have this. I am typically not in a rush when I am shooting Ultra Wide angle, so I can take my time and set the lens up correctly. Return here shortly for some photographic examples but all in all I’m very pleased.I’m giving this lens five stars with the caveat that the price definitely is taken into consideration. I think it’s in general a four-star lens but at its bargain value price of $300, they did pretty good.
