I love the colour variety, we used them for making seaweed on the wall for a mermaid party. When 2 are twisted together we were able to make them work. But the lighter colours and smoother and thinner and would curl up or not hold the twist. When we twisted them with a darker colours or the ine I bought at the store, then they still looked great! If you are hanging from the roof this probably wouldn't be a problem.

Product is not crimp paper, it is very thin tissue paper material and therefore rips very very easily, steamers are suppose to be Made with crimped paper
