Este accesorio da buena impresión a primera vista: acero inoxidable, bien fabricado, compatible con batidoras KitchenAid… pero hay dos cosas clave que me hacen no poder recomendarlo del todo:Es más bajo que la varilla original (en mi caso, para el modelo KSM125). Aunque la batidora permite ajustar la altura, es una tarea incómoda y poco práctica: necesitas herramientas y bastante precisión. Tener que hacer eso cada vez que cambias de accesorio es un gran inconveniente.Aunque se dice que es de acero inoxidable, el material es ligeramente magnético, lo que me hace dudar de su composición. Probablemente tenga algo de hierro, lo cual podría afectar su resistencia a la corrosión con el tiempo. La varilla original es más ligera, y probablemente tiene una base de aluminio.Dejo una foto comparando ambas para que se vea la diferencia.Conclusión: No está mal, pero personalmente prefiero seguir con el accesorio original.

The reason I bought it was because the original one was already very old and severely bent, so I got this piece to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. It is amazing, and I love how solid it is. Nessun problema dopo il primo lavaggio in lavastoviglie.Offre prestazioni paragonabili all'accessorio originale, a fronte di un costo sensibilmente inferiore.È importante effettuare la calabriazione della distanza della ciotola come spiegato nel manuale e sul sito KitchenAid cosi da sfruttare a pieno la frusta

A stainless steel whisk attachment for kitchenaid tilt head mixers. When upgrade to a stainless whisk, it makes it possible to put the whisk in dishwasher for cleaning. The whisk that comes with mixers = do not put in dishwasher. It will corrode the metal. So stainless steel is a very appreciated upgrade to any and all of the attachments for mixer.
