Size and thickness just as advertised – comes with adhesive Velcro strips to customize if/where you want to place them in your garments or around your bra strap to anchor in place. Good quality. Seams around the edges are even and smooth.

These are a nice sized shoulder pad, not too big that it looks false, but offers some shoulder shape. The fasteners are not attached, rather they have an adhesive backing. So they are easy to put on in the place that you want them to go, however that also means they come off easily and are not washable unless you are willing to sew them on yourselves. I sort of like the flexibility of locating the fasteners myself, however I was hoping for a longer term solution.
