I'd seen jaw exercisers on instagram and sceptically wanted to give them a go, and actually I've been won over by these. I've only been using them a little while but I can already feel that my muscles have had a workout and are getting stronger.I like the 3 different strengths as well so I feel it's something I can aim for, a bit of a training plan for me. Currently I'm still on stage 1 as I want to do this properly and work up as I actually want to get results. I did try the stage 3 initially (just to try it out) but it felt quite tough for me so something to work towards.The quality of the exercisers is good. They're comfortable in my mouth and have been simple to use and simple to clean too. I've just been rinsing them in water after each session.All in all a good buy for me.

I was skeptical at first that this would work or have any effect but after only a short period of time of using it, I can happily say that I am starting to see some great results. My Jawline is looking much sharper physically and gives me an overall slimmer appearance. It also seems to help with mini wrinkles around the mouth and cheeks! Very sturdy, and long lasting. Will definitely buy again.

Bought these at a higher cost than some others thinking this was a good brand. Its not. Cheap Chinese that I could have bought from Temu for £5. Instructions, not that you really need them, are all in broken English either wrong words etc. Wish I hadn't bought these and got them from China instead, directly.

At first, I was a bit sceptical about these. But I suffer with jaw and ear issues, and I heard that these can help ease symptoms. They surprisingly do help me with those issues, so I'm happy that I ordered them and gave them a chance. However, I've only just got them, so more time will tell how much they help me with them. I've only really been using the easy blue one so far. Then, to follow, I'll need to use the medium tough one that's green and then the toughest one, which is the black one. I really do feel the workout, so I have to take it easy to ensure that I don't overdo it at any one time. Otherwise, my jaw aches. They're easy to clean as well as hand wash and air dry after each use. It's advised to sterilise them in boiling water for 20-25 minutes before the initial first use, and they come with 6 spare bite strips joints, which is appreciated. The instruction of use is in english on the packaging and contains a good few spelling errors, but overall, they can be understood.These appear to be decent quality and arrived in good condition along with a necklace for each one, for ease of use with being able to hang around the neck. Personally, I prefer to just place it back into the clear plastic storage case (which is also washable) that it came in after I've finished a little workout. They appear durable due to having 3 different ones, each for a different resistant level workout, so they will definitely last me a long while. I'm also looking forward to getting rid of my little double chin, too, that they're specifically designed to do.

This product was really good at helping to stretch and release my jaw. It comes in 3 strengths so you can start slowly and build up. Makes you realise how much toning can be done in your lower face and jaw! Already feeling the benefits and can see sharper definition starting along my jawline.
