The book was as expected but we were missing the transparent film that goes over the book. Inevitably because this piece was missing my daughter did ruin 2 of the pages out of the book before I realized we were missing something. I had an acrylic board that I allowed her to use instead of sending it back because she wanted to use it so badly.

Man bekommt was man hier sieht. Für mein Teenie-Kind war es ein gelungener Einstieg mit diesem Buch, quasi zum üben. Die Seiten sind glatt, sodass man das Heftchen nicht kaputt macht, wenn man die Vorlagen verwendet.

I got this 3d pen drawing book as something for the kids to do, and learn about how to make things in 3d. It’s quite cool, and I think if you’re careful, it can lead them into something that they’ll really like doing. It comes with 2 thimbles, the book, and a plastic sheet to “draw” on. I would be a little careful with the plastic sheet, as well, it is plastic, and can melt. It’s also pretty easy to scratch, as most 3d pen’s tips are made of ceramic.The only thing I would say you really need to do, is get better thimbles. The ones that this kit comes with, has holes in them. With a 3d pen, I don’t think I need to explain why that’s a bad idea. The worst part about the thimbles, is that the holes let any filament stay there, against your skin.And I guess that’s the worst part about this book. There’s definitely times where building whatever you’re trying to build needs some more explanation, but overall I wouldn’t say it’s bad. It’s pretty easy to follow, and I would say as long as you have the colours, it’s a nice, easy book for kids to do. At $14, I would say it’s good. There’s tons to do, and as long as you’re looking over them, it’s a good time waster.

My kiddo got a 3D pen for their birthday last year. The pen came with a few ideas for projects, and they also found some online. However, as often happens, they lost interest after a while.I was fortunate to obtain this drawing book, which is full of new ideas to make with the 3D Pen. This has inspired a whole new round of 3D printing projects.The projects in this book are fun and varied. My personal favourites are the burger and the shopping cart.They’re reasonably easy to make and follow along with the instructions as given. I appreciate that they’ve included a clear plastic carrier sheet to place over the book as you build your project. I did find that the sheet does warp a bit under the heat, but I’m not sure that can be avoided.I would definitely recommend this book to go with a new 3D pen or to revive interest in an old one.

I chose this pattern book for my grandson, and overall, it's a fantastic tool for learning and creativity. The book comes with 40 original patterns on thick, colourful paper, which are durable and reusable. The temperature-resistant transparent board is a nice addition—it protects the templates and surfaces from the heat of the 3D pen.The patterns are fun, although there could be more variety in the designs. However, it's still a great product that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a creative gift for kids interested in 3D art. It’s worth the price and provides hours of engaging, mess-free fun!
