Dairy ex makes great gear for Muay Thai. I wouldn’t give anything other than 5 stars. I have not hung the bag but I’ve trained in gyms for years that use the banana bags and the huge ones that need a support beam. Very solid bags and hold up well to the abuse of bunches, elbows, kicks and knees.

Die Lieferung erinnert an die Zeiten als Prime-Mitgliedschaft noch bedeutete das man sein Paket auch wirklich am nächsten Tag bekommt, nur das es halt eben aus dem Marktplatz kommt und nicht von Amazon. Ordentlich gefaltet und verpackt, keine sichtbare Mängel oder Produktionsfehler, stabiles Material.Sehr gerne wieder

Very well made, strong and built to withstand years of abuse. Unlike my marriage! Ha.. 🤭Fairtex manufacture some of the best kickboxing/boxing equipment you can get, so would highly recommend this punchbag.I went online and ordered specialist punchbag filling, see below for details.You can always use cut up old clothes etc instead, but I wanted to do it properly.I also bought a 5” diameter, 1.5m length of ventilation plastic tubing, which I duct-taped both ends after filling with 15kgs of play pit sand I bought from Argos for £5.This adds rigidity to the bag and will ensure the bag maintains its shape better. It also adds weight to make the bag heavier.I bought 20kg of specialist shredded cloth for £40 + £10 delivery from fightstorepro but you will have to contact them direct for orders.20 kg of filling with the added weight of sand + tubing filled the 6’ bag adequately.
