I searched everywhere for thickness and could not find it. I figured for the price it would be thin but considering it comes with rubber mounting grommets I thought it may be 3/16 or greater. Do NOT use this plate with the rubber grommets. You'll get a ton of flex and possibly even damage the aluminum engine mounts (block)! I'll probably use it but I'll have to beef things up a bit everything is simply too flexible.

This is a steel plate with pre-slotted holes for installing your 212 engine. I used this plate to mount my 212 to a simple frame for a DC generator build. The included mounts and fasteners help make this a simple and quick installation. Steel is thick enough to not flex in use, even after I drilled a few new holes for mounting. Comes bare and it might be a good idea to prime/paint once you're done with fabrication.
