Obwohl 'refurnished' ist das Gerät optisch neuwertig und technisch einwandfrei. Die Windows Installation klappt ohne Probleme (englisch). Die Zustandsbeschreibung 'hervorragend' trifft für mein Gerät zu.

Elle est au taquet, bien mieux que la 1 !En revanche, 3h a faire comprendre au système qu'il doit parler le français, chose qu'il a assimilé peu à peu.Quand je voyais certaines crtiques quant à l'état des Surface reçues, je suis très content de faire partie du bon lot.Il rest à la batterie 22 je ne sais quoi contre 26 à la base. Cela est correct.100% satisfait !

Diciamo che è "eccellentino"! :)A meno di 175 Euro è regalato, data la qualità del prodotto, ottimi speakers che fanno impallidire quelli del notebook gaming HP Omen che ho preso di recente, certo il processore nel 2025 e lentuccio, ma l'esperienza d'uso è comunque piacevole e il prodotto è ancora da considerare un prodotto PREMIUM.Arrivato in tempo record (Amazon, sei fantastica!) mi ha riportato ai tempi in cui i prodotti erano veramente di qualità, al giorno d'oggi che compri una cinesata piuttosto che qualcosa di marca ( fatta eccezione per Apple, di cui detesto la politica e il sistema operativo, Microsoft e pochi altri) poco cambia.Esperienza positiva, venditore affidabile, prodotto soddisfacente, che ha attenuato la mia nostalgia, naturalmente pensando all'uso basico che ne faccio. Generalüberholt - immer ein Glücksspiel, was die Qualität angeht. Mein Modell hat einen quasi nicht-sichtbaren kleinen Kratzer auf dem Display und minimale Verfärbungen auf der Rückseite. Windows war anfangs auf Englisch; ist aber aktiviert und Update auf Windows 11 möglich. Originalzubehör dabei (Achtung: Keine Tastatur und kein Pen!).Gerät ist soweit eingerichtet und es sind noch 91% der Lebensdauer der SSD verbleibend, daher also schonmal gut gealtert.Generell ein gutes Stück schneller als der Vorgänger. Office und Webbrowsing funktioniert absolut ohne Probleme. Wechsel vom Horizontal- in den Vertikalen Modus auch ohne Verzögerung. Wer also einfach nur ein Gerät für's Browsen, Youtube und Twitch mit Touchscreen braucht aber kein Android will - hier kann man wirklich ohne Probleme zugreifen!4 Sterne weil der Preis mit 225 Euro verlgeichsweise immer noch recht hoch ist - besonders bei einem 4 Jahre alten Gerät, dessen Akku nicht wechselbar ist. Bei unter 200 wären es definitiv die 5/5 gewesen. Trotzdem immer noch ein gutes Produkt.

Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Nahezu keine Gebrauchsspuren und ein Akku, der noch gut in Schuss ist. Ich habe es noch nicht gemessen, aber zwischen 6 bis 8 Stunden hält er durch. Je nach Verwendung.Anfangs war ich etwas irritiert, weil ich bei der Erst- bzw. Neuinstallation von Windows 10 nur zwischen den Sprachen Englisch und Französisch wählen konnte, aber das Downloaden des deutschen Sprachpakets war kein Problem, obwohl es anschließend eine interessante Mischung aus deutschsprachigen und englischsprachigen Menüs und Befehlen gab.Nach der Installation von Windows 10 wurde ich gefragt, ob ich Windows 11 installieren möchte, was ich bestätigt habe. Das Update auf 22H2 verlief einwandfrei und anschließend waren dann auch alle Menüs und Befehle in deutscher Sprache vorhanden. Vor ein paar Tagen konnte ich auch auf Windows 11 23H2 updaten, habe nun ein aktuelles Betriebssystem und ein flottes Tablet, was mich auf meinen Reisen begleiten wird.

¿Una Surface Go 2 con Intel Core m3-8100Y (10.5-pulgadas, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD) en 2024 tiene sentido?Pues si tienes que pagar lo que cuesta nueva yo diría que no, pero de segunda mano a un precio adecuado es exactamente lo que yo necesito en movilidad. El problema con la segunda mano revisada y todo eso de Amazon es que es una lotería, lo mismo te llega una unidad plenamente funcional con sólo algún arañazo en la carcasa y una vida útil de la batería aceptable, como ha sido mi caso en este caso -no en otros- que lo mismo te llega una unidad sin revisar con la información del anterior propietario y la batería y, por tanto, el dispositivo inservible. Es una lotería. En este caso me ha tocado el gordo y como tenía los accesorios de la anterior Surface Go vieja -que ya no corre ni el w10- (teclado, cargador y pen) pues me ha merecido la pena porque me presta un gran servicio. Se puede actualizar a W11 pero no lo haré hasta que no sea "obligatorio". He mejorado respecto al modelo anterior, que no iba lento si no a pedales. Y la batería también se ha notado muchísimo.¿Una Surface Go 2 con Intel Core m3-8100Y (10.5-pulgadas, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD) en 2024 tiene sentido? A un precio asequible de segunda mano, bien revisada y si tienes suerte con la unidad que te envían tiene todo el sentido económico, de usabilidad y de productividad. Sobre todo si no tienes que gastarte dinero en los carísimos y prohibitivos accesorios.Nota: el cargador me llegó con el cable pelado, despellejado y los cobres al aire, de revisado nada de nada, a punto de cortocircuito. Afortunadamente tengo el cargador de la antigua. Los arañazos estaban sólo en la carcasa "metálica" y no afectan a la usabilidad, la pantalla con un sólo arañazo que no se ve apenas, y la batería al 50% de su ciclo de vida, de 80% mínimo como dicen ni hablar -pero aceptable-. Aún así he tenido suerte con la unidad y llevo mucho trabajando con ella muy contento. No siempre es esa la experiencia con la segunda mano revisada de Amazon, pero esta vez sí lo es y así lo digo. A pesar del cargador infame enviado que, si no hubiese tenido otro idéntico antiguo, estaría echando pestes.ESTA VEZ MUY BIEN (excepto el cargador).

Chose the product for university. Intent to use it mostly for note-taking and writing reports, and because I find it very cool to have it, as it combines for me the benefits of a tablet *and* a laptop. I won't lie, I love it so far. The 3 stars because the battery seems to last shorter than my android laptop. I understand that it is refurbished and second hand etc, but I believe that as it was sold in excellent condition, the battery should be better and last longer. I am not saying the battery life is bad (at least until now) but I love this hybrid laptop-tablet product and I want to use it for everything, so for my use the battery life is kind of acceptable but not good. I really hope that, if and when this would be necessary, I will be able to send it for service for battery replacement or whatever else is needed without paying a lot. Also, it's worth mentioning that battery health is at 87%, which again is fair as it was stated that battery health would be at least at 80%. For me, it isn't too good, as I want to use the tablet for many and different tasks.Also, I don't know if this has to do with the charger itself or with my power outlet or something, but when I plugged the charger to the power outlet it released a temporary flash.Update:10 days after the product was delivered to me, I was charging it while studying and then there was a 'boom' sound and something began to smell like burned plastic. I didn't realise it was my charger at first, as there were also other people around charging their devices. 2 days later, I tried to charge the tablet with the charger, but it wouldn't charge. I tried my friend's charger, and it began charging. I then realised that it was my charger that 'exploded' that day and that the charger is completely 'dead'. I needed my tablet, thus I immediately ordered a new charger. After contacting multiple times Amazon customer service and Amazon renew, they told me they can't give me a partial refund (for the charger) and that my only option was to return the tablet and the burnt charger and get refunded for the tablet!! I explained many times that I needed my tablet as I am a university student!!! Anyway, I ended up contacting directly Plunc™ Tech Recycling, the seller by searching their email on Google. They responded the following day to my email, asking for the order number. I sent them the invoice, and they immediately started a refund of 25 euros (almost as much as my new charger costed). I am writing this info here for people who are interested in buying the product. I considered that I received adequate support from Plunc™ Tech Recycling, but definitely not from Amazon customer service.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über Amazon 'Renewed', das Surface Go2 M3 hatte gleich mehrere Mängel/Defekte. Optisch kaum Gebrauchsspuren, aber das Display zeigt Geisterbilder/Schatten/Artefakte, wenn der Hintergrund hell-weiß oder hell-grau ist. So etwas müsste doch auffallen!Desweiteren ist das Gehäuse komplett verzogen (für mich der Hauptgrund für die Rückgabe), der Tablet-Ständer auf der Rückseite hat einen merklich sicht- und fühlbaren Spalt! Beim ersten Einschalten forderte die Windows 10 Installation die Spachauswahl Englich oder Französich aus (kein Deutsch bzw. erst mit Neu-Installation, für den deutschen Markt erwarte ich hier DE!).Und der Akku ist ebenfalls komplett durch, hält max. ~1h, das soll "hervorragender Zustand" sein???
