This rope is exactly what I was hoping for in my application as a treehouse rail. The rope is softer than expected (not like the coarse ropes I remember burning my hands on as a kid). The ends are taped to prevent unraveling so I'll have to figure out a more permanent and weatherproof solution for installation. Very happy with the value of this rope overall.

This is a quality jute rope.Order detail says 3/4" diameter but I received 1-3/8" diameter rope which is better for my purposes and much thicker. The ad photos of the tug-o-war/swing/climber depict the thickness fairly accurately.This rope is super strong. It's grippy due to the natural texture of the fibres but soft to hold.The ends have a box tape type wrap to secure the strands so I'd recommend adding a stronger tape/cord/shrink tube for a more permanent solution if using the rope for physical functions.This particular rope is great for a tug of war activity or for climbing gyms etc. Very durable material.Very happy with the quality. I didn't notice an overwhelming smell to it. Smells like jute rope.Price is typical of this type of rope.

Hier bekommt man für sein Geld 10m hochwertiges, dickes (2cm) gedreht-gezwirbeltes Juteseil für z. B. einen Schaukelteller oder als Deko.Das Seil wird am Stück geliefert in einer Plastiktüte.Es ist hochwertig verarbeitet und es gibt daran nichts auszusetzen.Wir werden es benutzen um ein Hochbett von der Decke abzuhängen.5*

Das Tau ist hervorragend dafür geeignet eine Schaukel aufzuhängen wobei es hier fast schon zu dick dazu ist :) aber auch so kann man schöne dekorative Knoten damit machen und auch üben
