UPDATE 1: I have been working with the vendor to get software fixes for these problems. They have been very responsive, and have fixed several of the issues listed below. The sway bar/locker controls work now, the transfer case is now reported as N when in N. They have made progress on the maintenance screen, but there is still a few bugs left. The Ok button response has also been improved. I've upped the review to 4 stars out of 5. I still need the maintenance screens to work, and I am not worried about the jscan/images being wrong, and just getting used to how the Instant MPG screen works.This is pretty good dashboard upgrade. 3 out of 5 stars, due to a few issues. The factory Rubicon lockers and sway bar disconnect buttons are not working which is why I give it a 3 out of 5. Because these are software bugs, a future update should be able to fix these problems, and then this dashboard would a 5 out of 5.This is installed in a 2014 JK Rubicon, with a factory EVIC.The issues I've found so far are:1) The maintenance screen gives weird numbers. You do get the correct warnings. I was hoping to use this to help replace the functionality of the EVIC, but this bug prevents this. However, if this bug is fixed, this has more options than the factory EVIC had.2) The transfer case indicator gives the wrong value for the Neutral position. Claims it's in 2H, when it's actually in N.3) All images are of JL's, not JK's.4) The 'Menu' button is a dual function button, and can be hard to use correctly - this is really noticeable on screens asking for a long 'Ok' press, like resetting the gas mileage screen.5) Using jscan OBD reader and certain functions will crash something and keep the engine from starting.6) The Rubicon locker button does not work. Had to use jscan to turn on/off the lockers and see how the dash responded.7) The Rubicon sway bar disconnect button does not work.The MPG display is.. Weird. When coasting, the MPG goes to zero, at idle and not moving, it's base lined at 7.8, when driving, the higher the bar, the worst the gas mileage, which is the opposite of many of the MPG dashboard I've used in the past..Other wise, this thing has worked correctly. It changes brightness based on day/night, I've not had it really wash out in bright sunlight.The off road dashboard is excellent, it displays everything aka oil pressure, oil, engine and transmission temperatures, tire pressure, transfer case selection, axle lockers, even vehicle tilt/lean and compass direction. I don't know about the sway bar indicator, since I couldn't get it to work at all.Installation is easy, they don't send any dashboard clips with it so if you take apart your dashboard and loose/break some of the clips, the covers will remain loose and ill fitting. Search amazon for Body Clip Dashboard Retainer and order some.Last, the instructions give a web site to visit for updates/instructions.. which has nothing about this dashboard on it.
