Works but at greatly reduced speed - NOT 10GB, more like 1G speeds 50Mb/sec NOT 1GB/sec.Upload to NAS slightly faster at 200MB/sec. Normal speed to/from my 10G NAS is 800-900 Mb/sec download and 1Gb/sec upload to/from my NVME Samsung 980.

I'm using it with the SODOLA 10GBASE-SR SFP+ to LC Optical 10 Gigabit Ethernet Fiber Optic Transceiver Module and SODOLA SL-SG042P 4 Port Gigabit PoE Switch with 2 Uplinks.Bought two NICs and two modules. Everything worked right out of the box with Windows Server 2016 and 2022.

Once you down the driver and update the firmware, it fantastic. But you need to know that you'll have problems with your Microsoft account. Just follow the prompts that says you add new equipment and you'll be fine.The draw back for me is that it doesn't do "wake on lan" This could be because of protocol, not sure.I do recommend this product though.
