This case replaces both my Ogon V2 wallet as well as a leather 'holster bag' I used for my Pixel 8.I chose the natural alu cover and can vouch that it is real metaI : a few scratches have that distinct 'fresh alu cut ' reflection. Considering that radiowaves don't like metal enclosures, even if it weren't real aluminum it would've been ok. But here, the back is some sturdy fabric that allows your phone to stay connected from the back/through you. The front is not prone to scratch, it's just my miles.I would've preferred some kind of insert, included / through aftermarket / 3d printable, that maximizes the little space on offer. In the pic I mcguyvered something with alu wire - remember on Amazon no one can hear you laugh - and once I did, my workflow started working. I can draw my smartphone, key-set or drivers licence in a blink.Wearing it comes in one flavour : the 90° angle of the belt promises "back wear" or "front wear" action but that lasts for 3 seconds, as the back fabric of the case is too smooth to velcro itself to what you're wearing. So it ends up on your hips anyway. The next iteration of this case should be honest about this and simply have a100°+ angle on the shoulder strap so the case stays vertical on the hip.Good marks for the locking mechanism, vintage Ogon : it's both easy to open but never pops unexpectedly.So I'm very happy with my purchase, even though I would pay good money for a clever insert.The gain here is wearing 1 object instead of 2.
