Eine billige Geflügelschere ist teilweise besser , würde sie nicht noch mal kaufenHabe die Gans dann mit einer Schere zerlegt , das ging wunderbar

These are amazing shears. We feed our dogs raw food, so use shears a lot to cut up poultry and other bone-in meats to freeze in portion sizes. Really comfortable in the hand and incredibly easy to cut through even medium sized bones. When we left the first pair behind in another house, we bought them again!

以前から商品は知ってましたkrど。実物を見たことは無く、ずいぶん悩みましたが今回購入致しました。かたいもの（骨付き鶏肉）から柔らかいもの（ニラ ネギ）までスパッと切れます。男性のわたしでも持て余すほどの大きさです。

The first test of these shears was to split a chicken down the spine. Prior to owning these shears we would use regular kitchen scissors. These shears took the chicken apart with MUCH less effort than scissors ever did. I'd call that test a pass.The design is simple but strong. They have a good weight to them, some people may feel they are too heavy but I personally like my tools to be substantial - I'm not worried that they are going to break one bit and I know from the look of them that they will be worth sharpening in the future if they ever get dull.These cost a heck of a lot more than kitchen scissors you can find in packs of 3 for a quarter of the price, and honestly the kitchen scissors are useful for a lot more things but if you prepare a lot of fresh poultry like us it is probably worth the investment.
