Received a few days ago and just noticed today that filter has completely curled up and now completely useless.Clearly plastic used in filter is not for use in hot kettles.

It fit correctly however it warped severely after the first use in our kettle. It was nearly bent 90 degrees and obviously would no longer stay in the slot and function as any kind of filter. Absolutely not fit for purpose, avoid.

The mesh on my original filter disintegrated when I was descaling the kettle. This is a perfect replacement and identical to the original and just slots in. Fairly cheap and saves me buying a replacement kettle.
