These cartridges last for about 5 or 6 hours ironing in hard water areas, then the iron starts playing up, and steam production stops.I've found a better way !Cut the top off, remove the pellets, join the two ports with a short length of silicon tube, place back in the iron, fill iron with water from a Brita water filter, costs pennies not pounds!!
