I like how strong this swing is. My husband and I both use it. You can put all your weight on any of the handles. It's really good for streching and holding up your body weight.

Llego a tiempo, bien y es lo que dice a excepción De que no Trae ninguna otra cosa que el columpio... si no tienes donde colgarlo recomiendo comprar el combo con los herrajes porque son caros si no...

This thing is amazing. It is easy to mount with the proper equipment (purchased separately). So easy to adjust in height and is very versatile for people of differing abilities and flexibility. All around A+
