We ordered the lightest level and it needs someone with powerful arms to be able to do most of the exercises so do take that in to consideration.It gives a level of strength you should have to order which level of equipment and the one we got was 20 press-ups and my husband at a push can do that many and this is a decent challenge for him.He wanted it for his office just to give himself an easy arms and shoulder exerciser as he has limited space in there and he likes this so far and the tension level will be enough for him.The equipment is very simple to put together and they provide an exercise sheet with the product.
