The teapot arrived on time we never had to use it straight away but when opened the box we found that the lid had a slight crack and when we filled the pot with boiling water the lid shattered into piecesWe love the teapot and would like to keep it if you could supply us with a new lid for the pot ?Hope to hear from you ASAP

This is a lovely teapot but I don't know how it passed quality standards as the lid is not a good fit which is very disappointing as it is a beautiful teapot and an ideal size for me.
