The arms are obnoxiously long on all 3 of my kids. So my oldest won't wear hers because the elbow pads slide right off the material since the rubber grippy part is at her wrists.

Took measurements but it was constructed in a way that it was way too constrictive in the upper neck and shoulder area. Too Tight! All the women's shirts are too small. We are not barbies!!!

I wear a medium in most shirts. If I get a large it fits but it’s bigger. This shirt makes me look like I have stuffed myself into it and the length is really short. I need to try and find an xl. Roll up sleeves to go over your elbow pads is great.

Shirt is comfortable with exception of neck guard Velcro which was not low profile and was pretty distracting. The elbow pad holding feature is nice.
