Old item - rubber is all deteriorated and sticky. Otherwise this is a wonderful design and has been my favorite corkscrew ever, but I purchased in Jan 2021 to replace one that I bought in France 10 years ago which also had poor quality, deteriorated sticky rubber and this one is just as bad or worse. Probably the same batch from forever ago just sitting on a warehouse shelf for 10 years. Not even useable with the rubber as deteriorated as this.

Non mi piace. Fatico a estrarre i tappi; il taglia capsule poi fá pena.Per me non vale un terzo di quanto ho speso anche se non è fatto con materiali scadenti.Comprerò qualcos'altro

I would not recommend this corkscrew. It arrived and one side of the round disk covering the mechanism fell off and does not stay on.Design is not that good as wine tends to splash as cork leaves the bottle (2 step leverage does not work that well).A much better product can be purchased from Brittany at Beverage factory.com (Double Power Waiter's Soft-touch Corkscrew)
