I really liked this half slip that I ordered, definitely made for a longer skirt. Honestly, I want to wear it as a regular skirt as the lace is so cute. I think it could be done with a longer pretty top to hide part of the solid portion of the skirt. I think the black color is very pretty and it did not ride up when I wore it. Quality of fabric is satiny/silky, just like lingerie fabric should be. I recommend.
