Pros:- surprised with the quality so far, with other shoes ordered online we've had problems with stitching and general build quality, these seem like they could have come from a brick & mortar store- decently even amount of insulation throughout the boot- good ankle support, assuming there is a shank in there made of thinner plastic but it's good enough for a kids footCons:- the sole glue does seem like a small question mark, there is a bit at the back of the boot that seems like it might be just starting to peel away but can't tell for sure because it might just be some 'wearing in'Overall really pleased with these for our 4 year old daughter.5/5

We love going to Mountain Warehouse and casually perusing their outdoor gear. We've bought a lot of great stuff from them over the years, and always at fantastic prices. These boots were a perfect size for our seven-year old niece, who is often outdoors with her parents, hiking in the woods. The grip and traction on the soles is top-notch and rivals our own high-end brand hiking boots. The slip-on style (despite the appearance of laces) and the adjustable velcro-strap closure make these really easy for her to put on and take off by herself, which also means these are great to send her to school with for field trips or outdoor activities. The toe and heel are reinforced, which should hopefully help with longevity, and they're very well-cushioned inside so it should avoid any painful "breaking-in" or blisters, particularly in the back of the foot. All in all, they're a great hiking boot for little ones and the price is fair considering the quality of what you're getting.
