Das hohe Backblech ist sauerteigbeständig und backofenfest bis 240°C. Es hat einen breiten, verstärkten Rand mit Silikoneinsatz, so dass man es selbst mit dicken Ofenhandschuhen mühelos aus dem Ofen nehmen und tragen kann. Nach Gebrauch sollte es nicht in der Spülmaschine, sondern bequem und einfach mit warmem Wasser und etwas Spülmittel gereinigt werden.

mit diesem Blech wird die Pizza „rundrum“ knusprig! Gegenüber den Billigblechen verbiegt sich diese Platte überhaupt nicht, auch bei großer Hitze bleibt das Blech formstabil, absolut sein Geld wert!

Die Pizza wird knusprig, lässt sich sehr leicht aus dem Pizza-Backblech lösen und zum Reinigen des Backblechs reicht ein feuchtes Tuch.

Having bought my first Le Creuset pan last year, I soon found out why people pay more for the brand.It's well made using far superior materials to what other companies use. It's certainly non stick, cleans very easily. In fact it's that good we are replacing all of our kitchen ware with Le Creuset in time.Excellent. Highly recommended.And a great service from Amazon as always.

Ich habe ein kleine Backblech gesucht, da ich nur für mich alleine backe. Mein Mann isst leider keinen Kuchen und Besuch hat man ja auch nicht immer.Und mit diesen Backblech hab ich gefunden was ich gesucht habe. Etwas Preisintensiv , aber Qualität kostet.

I bought the tray for Swiss roll cake. I did read the comments from other makers and some users complained about the tin is very thin and it crooked after using it. I think this one won't be the case. The tray is pretty heavy and sold. Seems well heated up & evenly distributed the heat. It costs more but I do believe it will last long.

The product itself has a pleasant weight and feel to it it that suggests good quality. However, having not yet baked with the sheets, I can't comment on how well they function when used.Two stars are removed because of the scratches and dents that the 2 baking sheets arrived with, as you can see in the pictures. It's hard to say whether this is from the ridiculously inadequate packaging (as both sheets were sliding around in an overly large box with almost no packaging (picture attached) or if they were already shipped in that condition (I'm guessing it's mostly the latter). Since the scratches and dents (except for one; not pictured) are on the bottom, I'll just grit my teeth and use them, but if the performance isn't great, I will definitely be returning. This is inexcusable, and I will order from elsewhere in the future. It is very disappointing to have such a bad taste in my mouth before having even used them!EDIT: I returned the baking sheets without having baked with them first and am definitely satisfied with the return process and with how quickly the new (undamaged) items arrived. Therefore I have added a star to this review.

Ich mag keine halben Sachen mehr, daher war es Zeit, einige Küchenutensilien gegen ordentliches Handwerkszeug auszutauschen. Bei Le Creuset kann man eigentlich mit keinem Teil etwas verkehrt machen, so auch hier. Das Backblech hat eine schöne Größe für unseren kleinen Haushalt, wo normal große Backbleche einfach zu groß sind. 6 ordentliche Kuchenstücke gibt es her und das reicht vollkommen. Die Qualität ist einfach spitze. Das Kuchenblech ist schwer und solide verarbeitet, ich weiß nicht, ob es durchgehender Karbonstahl ist, oder es eine Beschichtung aus Karbonstahl ist, auf jeden Fall merkt man irgendwiek, dass diese Schicht wirklich dick ist. Da platzt sicherlich nichts ab, wie bei den dünnen Teflon-Beschichtungen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, immer wieder.
