Besonderheiten:
Die runden Brotgärkörbe sind nach dem Gebrauch bequem zu reinigen, schütteln Sie einfach überschüssiges Mehl nach jedem Gebrauch und wenn etwas Teig stecken bleibt, können Sie sie einfach bürsten und mit Wasser abspülen, dann legen Sie sie an einen belüfteten Ort zum Trocknen, was Ihnen nicht viel Zeit und Mühe kostet.
Die Bäckerei-Brot-Banneton-Körbe mit Einlagen bieten genug Platz für den Teigschutz und der Teig kann leicht entfernt werden. Sie können die Teiggärkörbe über Nacht fest im Kühlschrank liegen lassen, was Ihnen viele Bequemlichkeiten bringt.

I love the idea of these bannetons but they’re not the highest quality. I got 10 of them for the price, so I guess I can’t belly ache too much. Where the top connects there are obvious staples, and all of the bowls have splinters galore. I definitely wouldn’t feel safe shaping without the liner. The liners fit, and fiction as desired, but just not the best quality over all. The scrapers… I’ve used one, but they’re the wrong shape for getting into round places, and aren’t the most functional either. And unless you’re putting on a cooking class on sourdough and giving out one of these bowls to each of your students, having one per bowl seems entirely unnecessary. I purchased them for making bread bowls but they’re really a bit too small for that. I’d go for the 7 in if your purpose is bread bowls! I’ll keep them because I do enjoy small breads for testing out inclusions! Anyways, cute size, more like a bread cup, and they work, just not the highest quality. Still recommend for the price though!

I make all kinds of bread, mostly sourdough and I'll do large batches so I can share with our friends. I had been using large 9 inch boules but when I saw these small ones, I had to try them and I am so glad I did! They make the perfect small sourdough loaves for sharing!

These make the best mini boules! They give my bread a great look and are the perfect size for bright flights! They make the best add ons when customers are purchasing gifts at market. They have added more functionality and structure to my bread making! I don’t have to waste big baskets for mini sourdough loafs anymore. You will love these! I do about 250grams of dough per basket when shaping. 100% recommend!

The baskets make perfect individual size bread bowls for soup. I used 330 grams of sourdough per bowl.
