This lightweight running vest is comfortable and easy to secure.Whilst the description says it is for men, it is for men and women. It adjusts well so is extremely versatile.The hydration vest does not come with a water bladder so perhaps the description could do with clarifying.Overall I am happy with the product and the price of £19.99 at the time of review is reasonable.

The best part of this hydration vest is its clean and easy-to-go design. The ergonomic design lives up to the description. The chest strap is adjustable and doesn’t dig in. The backpack is lightweight, just 140 grams, but still manages to feel sturdy. It doesn’t bounce much while running, and the soft wool-like trim keeps it from chafing, which is something I’ve struggled with in other hydration packs. The multiple pockets are well-placed: the front pocket snugly fits a 500ml soft flask, and the zippered side easily fits my iPhone 15, with room to spare for snacks or keys. I also appreciate the reflective strips for nighttime visibility.The 5-liter capacity is on the smaller side, which is fine for short outings but may not be enough for longer hikes or bike rides unless you pack extremely light. It also doesn’t include a hydration bladder. While the material is light, it does feel a little thin in some places. I wouldn’t count on it to hold up under heavy use or to carry sharp objects.

I do not have first hand experience of this running vest as I do not run. I have passed this on to my son who does and he assures me that it is very comfortable to wear, lightweight and the adjustments would make it suitable for most people it would definitely fit either male or female runners. The pockets are very useful and he was able to carry necessary objects such as keys, phone, money etc. He uses a 3 litre water bladder and this fit perfectly. The price is comparable with other similar product and I can recommend this for its light weight and adjustability.

I find this to be an excellent product—well made, with quality stitching, and extremely lightweight: all features that make it ideal for everyday use. It’s also packed with pockets, especially the one on the back, which is very spacious and perfect for holding various items or even a small silicone water pouch 💧.Pros:Sturdy, precise stitchingFeather-light materialLots of organizational pocketsGenerous back pocket fits water pouchesCons:None so far! 😊

I am a runner and this will be an excellent backpack as it is so lightweight. The main compartment is large enough to store a water bladder to allow drinking when running and there are a couple of other compartments that allow access to other items such as money or gels as well as somewhere for my phone. It could be used when running in the dark as there are reflective strips and there is even a small whistle attached.It is a good design and good quality and for the current price of £19.99 I would recommend.
