Firstly I must point out that Hubby is a complete novice with this type of CNC unit, but he’s a massive woodworking geek. He was super excited to receive it and was extremely impressed. This is his review of it.This arrived very well boxed and secure, all parts safely packed in polystyrene layers to avoid damage in transit. The quality of the materials used, and the manufacture are excellent. Materials are robust.The assembly Instructions were clear and concise with photographs to assist, the whole assembly took just under thirty minutes with no issues and was extremely straightforward.Reviews state that this is an upgrade from previous model in that it is mainly pre assembled and pre-wired leaving only a small amount to assemble yourself, unlike the previous model.The parts come in a multi compartment box that is clearly labeled with spares.Instructions then move on to setting up the machine to work from the computer, included is an SD card containing driver etc., unfortunately it requires Window to operate, which I don’t currently have.However, this will be rectified soon and a further review on the quality of operation will follow once it’s set up. The instructions for this set up with Windows seem to be as straightforward as the assembly instructions.There is an off-line controller that comes with the machine, which should enable its use without the computer and whilst I fully accept that it is probably my ignorance and inexperience, but I have been unable to find a way of pairing it with the unit to do an example cut for this review, something else I will revisit once it is up and running properly.The only little niggle is that the instructions for using the off-line controller are non-existent, so I have joined a CNC group to try and figure out where I’m going wrong.All in all it’s a fabulous piece of kit, which is extremely well manufactured and one that I would recommend, and once I’m up and running properly, I will update with more photographs.I received this product as part of the Amazon Vine programme. Cette fraiseuse numérique est d’un excellente qualité de fabrication. Le montage s’est effectué très facilement malgré un manuel où le français est absent.J’apprécie la rigidité de l’ensemble et la précision des positionnements. L’ensemble mécanique est très sérieuxElle est livré avec une carte mémoire sensée contenir le driver et le logiciel nécessaires à son exploitation mais celle ci est illisible. Fort heureusement j’ai trouvé ces programmes sur Internet (CH341SER et Candle).Le logiciel Candle est assez basique et limité ; par exemple je n’ai pas trouvé de solution pour adapter à une échelle les objets. Peut être un défaut de débutant ? Je pense essayer UGS pour Windows.Les possibilités de réalisations sont très vastes et pour cela il est nécessaire de travailler avec des logiciels de modélisation. En ce moment je débute avec FreeCAD, pas très simple mais je persévère. Les tutos sur Internet sont d’une grande utilité. Je mentionne également Inkscape qui permet de faire de la vectorisation de dessins. Bref j’ai du pain sur la planche pour maîtriser toute la chaîne de fabrication.Elle est livrée avec un choix très limité de fraises, utilisables uniquement sur du bois et une seule broche de 1/8 de pouce. Le moteur est puissant, un peu bruyant.Un contrôleur manuel permet aussi de piloter la machine sans ordinateur mais c’est assez périlleux.Je conseille de se munir d’un petit aspirateur de table pour évacuer les copeauxPour conclure : une excellente machine malgré quelque défauts d’accompagnement (doc en français et plus complète, carte mémoire exploitable, plus de variété sur les outils fournis et logiciels plus performants).

Machine reçue il y a quelques jours, très solide, et le montage était plutôt simple. Pas encore tout compris du logiciel, mais ça vient petit à petit. Les essais sur bois sont propres, j’attends de tester sur aluminium. Ich habe bereits viel Erfahrung mit 3D-Druckern, aber im Bereich CNC-Fräsen bin ich neu. Die Genmitsu 3020-PRO Ultra war mein Einstieg. Ich bin absolut positiv überrascht, wie hochwertig das Gerät verarbeitet ist und wie unkompliziert der Einstieg gelingt.Aufbau & Inbetriebnahme:Der Aufbau war überraschend einfach. In etwa 15–20 Minuten war alles montiert, und das lag nicht zuletzt an der sehr gut gemachten Anleitung, alles verständlich, sogar für CNC-Einsteiger. Besonders hilfreich: Der mitgelieferte USB-Stick enthält nicht nur Treiber und Software, sondern auch PDF-Anleitungen und fertige Fräsdateien zum Testen.Verarbeitung & Mechanik:Die Maschine ist vollständig aus Metall gefertigt und wirkt extrem stabil und langlebig. Sie ist schwer genug, um ruhig zu laufen, aber leicht genug, um noch transportabel zu sein. Die Spindel lässt sich in sechs Geschwindigkeitsstufen regeln, was Einfluss auf Lautstärke und Präzision nimmt. Alles in allem fühlt sich das Gerät wie echte Industriequalität an, für diesen Preis wirklich stark.Fräsen & Ergebnisse:Ich habe bisher nur Holz gefräst, allerdings mit sehr guten Ergebnissen. Die Maschine arbeitet sehr präzise, auch feine Details kommen klar heraus. Ich habe u. a. einen Schriftzug und eine runde Zielscheibe getestet, beides mit sehr zufriedenstellendem Ergebnis. Die Dateien dafür waren sogar direkt auf dem USB-Stick dabei.Praxistauglichkeit:Im Betrieb ist die Fräse laut, das sollte man auf keinen Fall in der Wohnung laufen lassen. Garage, Werkstatt oder Hobbyraum sind Pflicht. Späne fliegen ebenfalls reichlich, also idealerweise mit Absaugung oder zumindest gutem Staubsauger in der Nähe arbeiten. Die längste Fräszeit bisher war ca. 25 Minuten, auch bei durchgehendem Betrieb lief alles stabil.Was mir besonders gefällt:Die Verarbeitung ist herausragend, die Bedienung dank Anleitung einfach, und das Fräsergebnis überzeugt. Für Einsteiger wie mich ein sehr gelungener Start in die Welt des CNC-Fräsens.Kritikpunkt, die Software:Der größte Schwachpunkt ist die mitgelieferte Software Candle. Sie ist extrem basic, lässt sich kaum anpassen, und es fehlen wichtige Funktionen wie Größenangaben oder einfache Skalierung. Man arbeitet quasi „auf gut Glück“, ob das Werkstück passt. Wer mehr will, sollte sich mit alternativer Software wie UGS oder Fusion 360 beschäftigen, Einsteiger könnten hier aber anfangs etwas überfordert sein.Fazit:Die Genmitsu 3020-PRO Ultra ist hardwareseitig absolut überzeugend und meiner Meinung nach jeden Cent wert. Sie bietet eine sehr stabile, leistungsstarke Plattform für Einsteiger und Fortgeschrittene, mit der sich präzise Fräsergebnisse erzielen lassen. Wer sich nicht an der einfachen Software stört oder bereit ist, eine andere Lösung zu nutzen, bekommt hier ein Top-Gerät mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.Klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen soliden Einstieg in die CNC-Fräswelt suchen!

金属プレートに名前やロゴマークを作りたくて選びました。素人なので説明書見ながら組み立てました。ちよっと調整が難しそうですが今の時代はYouTubeを参考に出来るのが良いですね。CADの知識も覚えていきたいです。ゆくゆくは仕事場で使える部品を削り出しする目標です。試行錯誤しながら技術を習得していきたいですね。音は大きそうなので田舎に住んでて良かったです。
