Funktioniert super, aber unbedingt auf den Winkel der Sattelstange am Fahrrad achten, sonst geht der Effekt verloren

Es una gozada de correa, al ser giratoria tu perro tiene mucha libertad.personalmente he ido en bici con un american pitbull y me ha dado mas de un tiron, en ninguno de estos se a soltado, todo lo contrario, la propia correa viene con un sistema de muelle para evitar que los tirones te tiren al suelo. (Como siempre , se tiene de tener precaución porque te sigue moviendo un poco, pero va perfecta).Luego tienes la opcion de quitar la barra dek sistema de agarre, haciendo que sea aun mas practica.

Das Produkt macht einen super Eindruck und ich hätte es unheimlich gerne getestet.Allerdings passt es nicht auf ein Fahrrad, wenn der Sattel ganz niedrig gestellt ist.Die Befestigung reicht nicht aus, um es etwas weiter unten am Sattel (Rahmen) zu befestigen. Deshalb musste ich es leider zurückschicken.

Solide et très fonctionnel

Meine Frau und ich sind begeistert: Durch den Schnellverschluss lässt sich die Leine sehr schnell anbringen, die Hände bleiben beim Rad fahren am Lenker, der Hund hat genau die richte Bewegungsfreiheit und -einschränkung. Klappt mit unserem Hund sehr gut. Alles macht einen soliden Eindruck. Ich habe gleich eine zweite Halterung für ein weiteres Rad bestellt. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Took a bit to get this mounted to the seat post tightly enough so that it didn’t rotate around the post. Then had to tighten the post into the frame as well because the bar can exert considerable twisting force on the seat post. Once all of that is done it works great. My dog is somewhat reactive and this device allows you to keep control of the dog and the bike. It connects and disconnects easily and positively. Beware however- you’ll have to put up with considerable fuss from your dog if you dare to go riding without him/her.

Die Halterung wird an die Sattelstütze geschraubt und schwingt frei über dem Hinterrad. Bei meinem Rad kann ich also entweder die Satteltasche oder die Freihandleine nehmen. Das ist für mich aber okay, die die Freihandleine ist super stabil. Wir haben je eine solche Halterung an zwei Gravelbikes und nutzen diese mit zwei Schäferhunden. Die Hunde haben viel Freiraum und haben sich sehr schnell an den Radius gewöhnt. Nie sind wir so sicher mit Hund Fahrrad gefahren!

Ich muss sagen nach dem ersten Test bin ich überzeugt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Der Hund läuft sauber neben einem. Ohne zu weit nach vorne zu kommen. Der Dämpfer arbeitet gut und der Hund bzw. das Rad bekommt keinen harten Ruck. Evtl. Schaue ich noch nach einer kurzen Bungeleine, damit es noch etwas sanfter wird. Ich war von der Idee überzeugt und habe die Halterung sofort bestellt. Die Teile der Halterung wirken sehr stabil und gut verarbeitet. Der Anbau ist absolut nicht schwer, wenn man nicht wie ich folgendes Problem hat: mein Sattel ist ziemlich weit unten, sodass nicht viel von der Sattelstange für eine Montage zur Verfügung steht. Zudem habe ich aber leider auch einen Gepäckträger und der ist der Stange dann leider im Weg. Ich habe direkt geschaut, ob es ein Adapterstück gibt, mit dem das Problem behoben werden kann. Leider bin ich nicht fündig geworden. Aus allein diesem Grund muss ich die Halterung leider zurücksenden. Vielleicht kann so ein Adapter ja noch erfunden und gebaut werden... ich würde die Halterung mit Adapter sofort wieder kaufen.

I have a 14 month old Dalmatian. Even though I’ve seen the 101 Dalmatians Film I attempted to take the dog on a cycle ride whilst holding onto his lead. That experience quickly prompted me to look for a device I could attach to my bike and hopefully give me more control whilst cycling. I found a number of attachments on Amazon but this looked the most sturdy and secure. We tested it out last weekend and the dog had a great time and we covered his usual walking distance in a fraction of the time. At times I hardly had to pedal at all. When the dog decided to veer off to stop and sniff or wee I had both hands available to slow down without ending up flat on my face. Transition from left to right worked well as the dog altered sides from behind and not in front of the bike. The bracket fitted to the seat post easily and is very secure although you will need to ensure your seat post is fitted tightly as I found my seat turning at first. I’m not yet confident riding on a busy road due to the fact the dog can change sides but if you can get both dog and bike to a suitable area to ride e.g. park or cycle track you won’t have any problems. The device is really well constructed and as stated in the description you can easily remove with one hand. There is also the additional benefit of being able to purchase an additional bracket should you wish to move from one bike to another or if like myself both my wife and I both have bikes and can each take the dog out. Dalmatians enjoy a good run and can do so for hours and unfortunately my wife and I were not built for running but with this we can give our dog a good workout.

TL;DR This is the best $80 I have ever spent it is worth every penny. I cannot stress enough that my dog was trying to run for his life and this product turned his panicked sprint into calm acceleration and braking for my bike without ever making me feel like I was going to tip over. I don't write reviews because I usually don't care and am rarely impressed and because I am lazy. So for me to take the time to write this after only one ride with this product should tell you something.BUYING : Amazon/10 I spent 3 weeks with this item in my cart because I love my dog and I love riding my bike but I simply could not have both things and each idea or product that tried to fix this incompatibility did not work, and because $80 seems like WAY to much to spend on something that would likely fail. The only reason I did end up buying this was because Amazon would let me return it if it was garbage.INSTALLATION: 10/10 Bought it and it arrived and I sat it on my couch then I gave up and went to bed (see above regarding lazy). 2 weeks later the stars aligned and I decided I wanted to ride and it was good weather so I got my bike out and both tires were flat so drove to the store and bought and air compressor with turned out to run on 12V car charger. So I returned it bought another one and came back and filled my tires. At this point I had spent 4 hours trying to take my dog out for a run and I was completely out of f**ks to give so when I say installation was incredibly easy realize that if it had required even five minutes I would have given up and left it for another 2 weeks. A rubber strip that you wrap around the bar of the seat to protect the bike and give a better anchor point and prevent the device from rotating around the seat, and two bolts with nuts secured with an Allen wrench.QUALITY AND APPEARANCE: 10/10I have a $1,800 bike and this looks right at home on it. The connection point and pivot are made right I have no concern that my bike might be damaged or that it might slip move or rotate. The connector for the arm has a quick release that makes it super easy to remove when you want to ride without your dog and is made of quality materials with a solid connection so I know that it will never come off while I am riding. The swing arm works way better than I ever would have thought at keeping the leash clear of the tires and allowing my dog to move from one side of the bike to the other.RIDING: What sorcery is this? 10/10 Okay the part that most people care about how does it ride and will it work for me. This requires some background. The short version is my dog is strong fast and afraid of my bike which is why I assumed that I would never be able to ride with him without either him or me being hurt and we had a wonderful ride today. My dog is TERRIFIED of my bike. I have no clue why but he has been afraid of my bike forever and wants to be as far away from it as possible. So much so that when he was a puppy I could place my bike in the living room (about 15ft from the front door) and he would be too afraid to go outside so I started taking my bike out to keep him inside while I brought in groceries. In an attempt to remedy this problem I have placed treats all around the bike for months to try to get him to at least tolerate it with only marginal success. As long as the bike was lying on the ground and didn't so much as twitch while he was around it he would eat treats 3 or more feet away if I was beside him telling him it was safe. He is a black Labrador so he will do just about anything for any food he once climbed a rung ladder to get to a handful of stale popcorn and I had to help him get down because it was too high to jump. Eventually I started mixing peanut butter and honey (his favorite thing) and putting it on a plate sort of under the bike. Even then he would bolt out of the room if he bumped the bike and it moved. Enough background back to the story. Tired from running around all day just so I could try to go for a ride, I was sure would end in me lying on the ground bleeding while my dog ran away dragging my bike along behind him, I clipped him to the included leash using a no pull harness (PetSafe 3 in 1 Dog harness - No Pull Solution here on Amazon it is quite good 8.5/10 could be improved but works very well for the price) and he immediately pulled as far away as he could leaning away from the bike. This is what I expected and I honestly thought it was going to take weeks of walking him slowly with the bike until he got more and more used to it before I would ever be able to take him for a ride. I love my dog and I was ready to take it super slow and give him tons of treats and encouragement before I would even be able to sit on my bike without being pulled over. To my complete delight the design of the arm and the angles of the connections made it so that even with him pulling as hard as he could to the side I was able to easily hold the bike upright and so I started to walk with him. He kept pulling trying to be away from the bike but the shock absorber made it so he wasn't being hurt and my bike wasn't being pulled over so I tentatively sat on the bike and started to slowly roll. At this my dog tried to run away forward and it translated into me being pulled forward speeding me up but not making me unbalanced. Hearing the bike speed up he tried to turn and run sideways which just slowed me down and cause him to rotate around the back of the bike to the other side smoothly.----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I cannot stress enough that my dog was trying to run for his life and this product turned his panicked sprint into calm acceleration and braking for my bike without ever making me feel like I was going to tip over.----------------------------------------------------------------------------- After a bit more panic he realized that he wasn't going to be able to escape and that he wasn't getting hurt which allowed him to calm down a little bit but I had expected to need to spend all the rest of this year and into spring slowly building up to being able to go for a full speed ride. I was riding full speed without worry that my dog would be hurt or that I would be hurt within 20 minutes and my dog still tried to panic and run away from the bike a dozen times in those 20 minutes and this product solved the problems so well it even helped my dog feel more safe near my bike so that on the first ride right out of the box he went from being in his worst nightmare, to tongue out happiest dog in the world in less than half an hour.SHOULD YOU BUY: Absolutely if you have a dog and a bike you need this. 10/10 When something is done so well that it transforms your life you can't put a price on that but I can tell you that after riding with this product I would buy it again and again. Do yourself and your dog a huge favor and buy this, it literally turned something I was certain was impossible into something effortless. I have had other dogs that I rode with before my current dog and they weren't afraid of bikes and it was still a lot of effort and occasional bleeding to get to being able to ride with them. This product makes it safe and effortless for both you and your dog. I will be buying this for Christmas gifts for everyone I can this year.
