In this pack are a pair of fairy wings. The wings are maybe slightly bigger than standard fairy wings, but I wouldn’t say that they are suitable for adults, as these fit my 6 year old just fine. The wings are nice, they have elastic arm holes and the wings have an iridescent shine to them. I think this is quite overpriced for what it is.

Beautiful shine to them. Don't look like cheap ones. Fairly small on an adult but fit my 9yr old nicely.

These Fairy Wings are fixed well onto the centre and the wings themselves are a beautiful shape with elongated top wings, which just about peep over the top of your shoulders (more so if a child is wearing them) and the more rounded bottom wings. I chose the Green option, which are white with a gorgeous green iridescence, a bit like those of a Lacewing insect that you see in summer. On the item description, the Green version has a green butterfly in the centre, whereas mine has a white butterfly, but the wings have a definite green sheen when in the light, as you can see in the photos.They are made from what feels like an artificial net with white pearlized fabric binding. The swirl patterns look authentic for a fairy or butterfly like I have seen in story books and the little white felt butterfly in the middle is a nice touch, as well as hiding the joins.They slip onto each arm by means of good quality 6mm wide elastic, which is wide enough not to cut under the arms. Once on, they sit in the correct place with minimal adjustment. I jumped up and down in them a few times, as if dancing at a party - or playing like a child – and they barely shifted. They feel comfortable to wear and are unobtrusive when on, although you need to be aware that you ‘have wings;’ when turning around ;)To my mind they are competitively priced for a well-made and very attractive costume accessory and would be suitable either for a child or a party-going adult.
