Not as good as something you'd use at the gym, the back bar doesn't go back far enough to get in a comfortable position so I imagine men find it a little small for leg inclines, but it's alright for pull ups. The elasticated bands are useless though. There's little resistance in them.

El aparato es de buena calidad. No es plegable, mas bien semiplegable. Quitando cuatro tornillos con la llave de ayen que trae se unen las patas y bajando la parte superior de agarre al minimo, consigo dejarlo apoyado en la pared ocupando poco espacio. Yo peso 95 kilos y al colgarme resiste perfecto, sin balanceos ni vibraciones.El sistema de cuatro patas unidas, dos por delante y dos por atras, me parece un acierto, da mucha estabilidad.Recomiendo su compra.
