Goes well with my Mazdaspeed Axela, blends in with the red stitching.Other reviews had trouble lining up the gearknob, I did too with the first few times but I had to REALLY yank it about three times before the gearknob lined up straight.Some people don’t like the new gap between the shift boot and the gear knob, I do. Reminds me of 90’s Honda Type R’s.

Like others had said, I couldn't get it to align properly the first time... or second or third, but then I put it on and cranked down on it and now it won't move or spin and is properly aligned too.I have a 2007 Mazdaspeed3 so the color looks great with the red dashboard and all of the red stitching on the seats, braided USB wire and the boot to the stick shift (pictured).The weight and feel of this thing and the shifts seem less "notchy" than they were and I love the way it fits in my larger hand than the original shifter.The only Cons so far is that it was very warm to the touch, sitting in a hot car. I'm going to get a white piece of cloth or ankle sock from the dollar store, so I can cover it so it doesn't absorb heat, being that it's black.It looks awesome and goes with the Japanese heritage of the Mazda spirit!
