Habe mir hier die Druckplatten als Set für meinen Ender3 V3Se bestellt Maße sind in Ordnung und das Druckbett passt genau.Aber für einen Großflächigen Druck ist es absolut mangelhaft.Nach den ersten Druck (Modell der Enterprise) ließ sich das Modell nicht von der Platte lösen.Auch im erkalteten Zustand keine Chance.Nachdem eine Ecke gelöst wurde und durch biegen und brechen das Modell etwas gelöst war,riss die komplette Beschichtung mit ab.0Sterne

Habe die originale Glasplatte gegen dieses ausgetauscht. Ist leicht zu montieren. Nach dem level super Haftung des Filaments, bis jetzt noch kein Ghosting aufgetreten.

Erwärmt sich schnell, benötigt aber zusätzlich einen Klebstoff bei manchen PLA- und PETG-Ausdrucken.

Ich habe inzwischen die Standard Druckplatte und Glas durch. Jetzt wollte ich PEI Stahl ausprobieren und ich muss sagen, ich bin vom reinen Druckergebnis eines gut kalibrierten Druckers wirklich überzeugt. Der erste Layer fühlt sich wirklich hervorragend an, haftet sehr gut und löst sich später auch hervorragend ab.Die Magnetflächer ist leider etwas sehr stark, so dass man die Platte oft etwas schief haftet und recht stark auf die Federn des Druckbetts schlägt, was manchmal geringfügige Abweichungen von der Federeinstellung verursacht.Aber die Durckergebnisse sind es wirklich wert!

Meine Standard Bauplatte meines ELEGOO Neptune 4 pro wurde durch diese ersetzt und hat jetzt einen sehr guten Halt. Ein sehr guter Mod kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

I've gone through any number of different surfaces - glass, aluminium, glue, painters tape, Kapton tape, PrintBite (which is great once dialled in, but _very_ fussy and not good for removable sheets). All can work under the right conditions but all require a lot of dialling-in time so none are ideal for quick-replace. The last one I bought had a supposedly sintered side which did not work even once & I gave up, and a smooth side which was stuck on the the steel sheet. The adhesive was so bad, it softened at 60°c and allowed the parts to warp by literally pulling the stuck-on PEI off of the steel! Utterly rubbish - it ended in the recycling bin.Because the rubbish one had come with a magnetic sheet (previously, I'd used clips) I wanted to try another brand but didnt want to pay for another magnetic I wouldnt use, & I gave this one a punt. It took me a few goes to dial in the optimum clearance as it sticks almost too well even with PLA, but since then, I've not had a single warp even on my bedslinger with no cabinet. And it sticks down to the magnet sheet so hard it takes real effort to lift it, so never had a layer shift due to the bed moving either. Where before I was a die-hard fan of PrintBite, this bed is cheaper, works even better, and is more convenient being flexible so popping parts off is easy. Great piece of kit and I shall definitely be getting another for quick swaps, to save having to let the bed cool & reheat between print jobs.

Ottimo acquisto per nuovo upgrade alla mia Ender! Avevo staccato il lad magnetico al passaggio al piano in vetro per poi utilizzare il vetro Creality nero. In questo kit oltre al piatto PEI c’è anche il pad magnetico per cui ottimo per chi vuole riconvertire il piano della Ender. Ottima adesione sul lato poroso che ho utilizzato e chiaramente comodità nello staccare i pezzi dal piano senza ricorrere alla paletta. Comodo anche il fatto di non avere più mollette che tengano il piano. Consiglio vivamente questo upgrade specialmente per chi usa spesso il PLA onde evitare di danneggiare i pezzi stampati. Infatti con la lacca sul piano se non vengono staccati immediatamente risultano veramente difficili da staccare.

Die doppelseitige Druckplatte ist definitiv bisher die beste die ich je hatte.Im Gegensatz zur Glasplatte keinerlei Haftungsprobleme. Der Druck hält bombenfest bis die Platte abkühlt - dann fällt der Druck praktisch von selbst ab.Die Montage am Drucker ist sehr einfach und sollte für jeden schaffbar sein. Ab dann hält die Platte magnetisch und kann einfach abgenommen oder gewendet werden.Beide Seiten haben eine Struktur und hinterlassen diese auch auf dem Druck. Das sollte jedem bewusst sein.Von mir absolute Empfehlung!

This is one of the best mods that I have invested in for my Ender 3 V2!I was always skeptical about printing on anything other than glass to the point that even after this sheet had been delivered it took me 2 weeks before I summoned up the courage to try it out. Oh my! I wished I had done it sooner!Not only does the PEI sheet offer amazing bed adhesion it also allows you to remove your print as soon as the print finishes. No waiting for the bed too cool, just bend the sheet and your print pops right off with no need for a scraper whatsoever. Another bonus of being able to remove your print so quickly means if you are running multiple prints you do not have to wait as long for the bed to heat back up as it hasn't had time to cool off.The PEI sheet has a very nice smooth finish so your prints always have a lovely smooth finish to the base of them too.The magnetic sheet of adhesive is really simple to apply and fixes firmly to the existing metal bed plate. When applying the adhesive magnet be sure to start along one edge and wipe from side to side slowly working your way across the bed plate to ensure all air bubbles are avoided/pushed out as you lay the magnetic sheet. Once applied it is as simple as placing the PEI sheet on top and that's it.Being magnetic it makes for easier cleaning with less chance of knocking your bed leveling out of alignment as you just lift the sheet off and place it back on when finished.No need for clips so you even gain some extra bed area too! Not having to contend with clips along the sides of the bed means you can also print closer to the edges than you would with the standard glass bed.This is by far one of the best mods I have made to my printer and I will likely never go back to printing on glass ever again. I highly recommend the PEI sheet upgrade!
