Well machined and assembled. Exact replacement for the B&S Intek engine. Just be aware only one gasket is included (carb to plastic spacer) and you’ll need to reuse or source the gaskets between the spacer and block, as well as the carb to air cleaner. My air cleaner had the high vent hole so it was an exact match. Started second pull after install and runs great. Spend the extra for the OEM carb.

The carb fit great, no modifications , started on second pull. Wish a gasket would be supplied for both sides of the carb, for the price. Luckily, I have gasket material, to make a gasket.

I put up with a troublesome carb for several years on our water pump that would surge under load and hardly start when I needed it. I bought this new carb and it fired right up on the first pull and runs great even under full load. For this price I would not waste my time doing a rebuild and just buy new. Delivery was quick and the price was right for an OEM carb.

Original B&S part.Worked great! Installed on a Briggs & Stratton Intek 190 6HP pressure washer engine.I'm going to share my experience with the problems I ran into trying to revive this unit. Hopefully it will help anyone out that may be scratching there heads, and also possibly eliminate any research you may have to do online on other websites trying to figure out why your unit wont start, at least with my circumstance.I had a pressure washer that was given to me that unfortunately sat in a barn for about 8 years. Of course it was put in the barn with fuel still in it along with the fuel valve still in the on position. Ethanol had done a number on the carburetor. It was so bad that the pin holding the float in the bowl was fused to the securing point. I didn't even bother wasting time trying to get it cleaned & working, so I ended up ordering this along with a new air cleaner gasket & new fuel hose (part# 791766) that was dry rotted.Just a FYI, for my particular application this carburetor had the vent tube in a different spot from where the old carb had it at. I didn't even consider this until the directions that come with this part stated that. I would have had to order a new air filter cleaner base that attached to the carb. The old one had two vents right before the choke plate/shutter in the mouth of the carburetor. On the new one if you are looking at the carb from the front the left vent tube was moved to the upper 2 o'clock position on the face of the carb where the air filter cleaner base would be attached to with a gasket( The yellow circled portion in the picture I attached with this review ).If you were a DIYer and possibly doing this on your own to save money maybe not mechanically inclined and/or maybe someone just not paying attention if you block this vent tube the engine will not start. I would have had to order a new air filter cleaner base that had the new hole for the new carb that is supplied by B&S. I just installed the new air cleaner gasket I had also ordered (adhesive side installed on the base itself to match the hole on the carb - part #696024) marked the hole and drilled it out. After installing this it still wouldn't start, not due to the new carb though. I had no compression which turned out to be a stuck intake valve due to the varnish from the ethanol on valve stem that was in the partially open position during the time that it sat. After I got the valve freed, I had to adjust the valve lash adjustment since it was loose. After fixing all the small obstacles that plagued my efforts to get this engine running it finally started after only a second pull of the cord
