The ink worked awesome for a month, then sawgrass did an update and now I can’t use it, it leaves a grid pattern watermark over the printed imageSneaky sawgrass I can now only use sawgrass approved inkSorry for negative review as it was great before the update

Previously had problems with 3rd party cartridge not being detected, but this one worked fine as soon as installed. Colours seem good and definitely much better value than original cartridge. Time will tell how long it lasts.

Alla mia stampante sawglass 500 nom legge il colore magenta. Non capisco se era danneggiato il cip o cosa ma non funziona infatti ho dovuto buttare il colore.. Non funziona.

Impression d'une grille qui ne permet pas de finaliser le processus de sublimation. Je ne recommande pas. Gaspillage. Les cartouches ne sont même pas toutes reconnus (la jaune ne l'ai pas), il est donc impossible de se servir de ces cartouches. Ou est le service client ?
